Is a decision coming for Deaver
Charlotte (N.C.) Providence wide receiver Braxton Deaver may be on the verge of a decision. The 6-foot-5, 207-pounder claims a few schools are sticking out at this time.
"I just got an offer from Duke. It's great up there and I really like it," he said. "I also have offers from Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, East Carolina, Western Carolina and Marshall."

Who sticks out for Deaver?
"I'd say Duke, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and Syracuse do," he said. "Notre Dame hasn't offered, but they are looking at me to play lacrosse and I'm talking about playing both. All of these schools feature good education and good sports programs.
"I'm actually probably going to decide in the next two weeks. I'd say at the moment there is not a frontrunner."
