Irwin having spectacular season

Trent Irwin is having a spectacular season but his recruitment is still not getting much traction, a surprise since he's been tough to stop in any venue.
The 2015 wide receiver from Newhall (Calif.) Hart is not too concerned yet since he's still focused on his junior season and making a deeper run in the playoffs.

"I'm trying to get my junior film out there and put it on Twitter and Facebook," Irwin said. "I'm just going to get it out there and try to send it to a lot of schools.
"I'm not too worried about it right now. I'm just focused on the season. I just want to get that ring."
The 6-foot, 160-pound prospect who was virtually unstoppable on the camp and 7on7 circuit during the off-season has landed offers from Cal, Colorado and Colorado State so far.
So far this season, Irwin has 63 receptions for 1,270 yards and 19 touchdowns. Newhall Hart, which also features standout 2015 quarterback Brady White, is 10-2 and plays Torrance (Calif.) West in the playoffs this weekend.
With running back Connor Wingenroth back healthy, Hart could make a big run.
"Wingenroth is getting healthier," Irwin said. "He dislocated his shoulder a couple games ago against Santa Monica and he's just back to his normal thing. So now we have both passing and running going well.
"I got Colorado State but nothing is really happening right now. I talked to an Oregon State coach and that's about it."
