Irish Set For Big Weekend
Notre Dame is set to host USC on Saturday. The Irish are also set to host some fine prospects on official visits this weekend.
Two teammates at Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln will make their first official visits this weekend. Quarterback Gavin Dickey, 6-foot-0 and 190 pounds, and cornerback Greg Threat, 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, leave this morning for South Bend.

Safety Jeff Francoeur, 6-foot-4 and 205 pounds, is also scheduled to visit Notre Dame this weekend. Francoeur also plays wide receiver for Lilburn (Ga.) Parkview. The Irish have not offered Francoeur a scholarship, at least prior to his official visit.
On the other hand, both Dickey and Threat have scholarship offers already on the table from Notre Dame. All three prospects are four star players in the Alliance database.
