Irish add two big-time commitments

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish received good news on LOI Day Eve. They will be adding two of the best players in the Atlantic area.
According to the Baltimore Sun website, safety/athlete Ambrose Wooden (right) and defensive end Victor Abiamiri will be fax their signatures to Notre Dame on Wednesday.
Wooden, a 6-foot-1, 190-pounder being recruited as a wideout, was long considered a Notre Dame lean and chose the Irish over Maryland, Stanford and Boston College.
Abiamiri had been rumored to be torn between Maryland, where two of his brothers play, and Notre Dame. However, the Terps backed off the 6-foot-5, 245-pounder after self-reporting a recruiting violation. However, sources at the school state that Abiamiri favored Notre Dame all along.
Both players are expected to fax their LOIs at 7 A.M. EST.
