Cornerback and wide receiver Osahon Irabor (5-11, 180, 4.5) from Upland, Calif., isn't getting offers on a daily basis, it only seems that way. He has had a flurry offers recently.
Boise State and Oregon State threw their hat into the ring over the last week and now he has picked up another offer from a Pac-10 school. Irabor now has six offers from the Pac-10.
"It's been an awesome experience so far for me to receive another Pac-10 offer," Irabor said. "Washington was out here last Wednesday to watch our quarterback Josh Nunes and myself.
"They were impressed with what they saw," Irabor said. "I also heard that Josh received an offer from Washington as well this past week.
"I think it's great that this is happening to our class of 2009 and for a while I think the recruiting will still be on fire as the years go on for Upland High School," Irabor said. "Our talent coming up from our lower levels is going to be great.
"I'm not sure when I will be able to hopefully take a trip to Washington to check it out," Irabor said. "Our passing league schedule is pretty full this month coming up. I have to wait and see if I can work it out with my family to take a trip up there."
Washington joins Arizona, Arizona State, California, Oregon, Oregon State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Wyoming and Boise State as schools that have offered Irabor.
Irabor made first-team all-league cornerback his junior season after racking up 49 tackles and three interceptions. As a receiver, he came down with 16 receptions for 325 yards and two touchdowns.
