Iowa WR near a decision

Todd Blythe a wide receiver/defensive back out of Indianola, Iowa, is nearing the commitment stage of his recruiting run.
“I’ve definitely narrowed it down to three – Kansas State, Iowa and Iowa State,” the 6-foot-5, 195-pound Blythe said. “I’m probably leaning toward Iowa State, but I’m still looking at the other two. I want to visit them during the season to see how I’d fit in at each place.”

Blythe attended practices at Iowa State and Iowa recently and liked what he saw.
“It was a lot of fun, and interesting, going up to those pre-season practices,” Blythe said. “I got a lot better feel for the amount of work college football players do. They treated me well at both places, I had a good time.”
What steps does he intend to go through in making his final choice?
“I want to talk with my parents and coach. I’ll list the good and bad of each and try to make a decision.”
When asked what would be on the good list for each school, Blythe offered up his list so far.
“Iowa State’s atmosphere at the games and the community support for the program. Growing up in Iowa, I’ve always been a Hawkeye fan. And Kansas State has had such a winning tradition for past several years. It’s a first-class program.”
