Iowa, UGA and UT lead for CB

Dodge City (Kan.) Community College four-star cornerback Walner Belleus has lined four of his five official visits, including trips with his top three teams. So who makes up that top three and when is he going?
“I’m going to start them all up this weekend,” Belleus, who is 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, said. “I’m supposed to be going to Georgia. They’re supposed to call me either tonight or tomorrow and we’re going to get that all set up. They’ve already called earlier, but I missed them.”

But that’s just stop No. 1 on the Belleus official visit express.
After the UGA trip, Belleus is heading to Tennessee for an official visit on November 21. He follows that up with a visit to Florida on November 26. He’ll then check out Iowa on December 5. All in all, it’s going to be a busy few weeks for one of the nation’s top junior college corners.
“I’m excited about it,” Belleus said. “I’m not sure what’s going to happen and what I’m going to see, but I’m really excited about getting to see these places.”
The visit to Florida could also turn into a chance for him to visit his family in Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday, he said. But in the end, the Gators currently trail Georgia, Iowa and Tennessee on his favorites list.
“It’s still mainly those three,” he said. “There is just something about those guys.”
Belleus has scholarship offers from all of the teams, including other ones from Kansas, Michigan State and South Carolina.
