Prairie City (Iowa) Monroe tight end Brandon Myers is receiving attention in two sports and will have to decide before long which way he’s going to go.
“In football, Iowa and Northern Iowa are the two main ones,” the 6-foot-5, 210-pound Myers said. “I will visit Iowa January 23 and I am setting a date with Northern Iowa. In basketball the main schools are Southern Illinois and Wichita State. But, it seems like interest is picking up more in basketball recently.”
Myers has not decided which sport he wants to play.

“Iowa is waiting on another player to decide, Darby from Florida, then they said I was next,” he said. “I’m not sure on which sport I want to play. If I got the chance to play at Iowa, I wouldn’t turn it down. I’m interested to see how this goes from here.”
