In His Words: "I was familiar with them because they offered me my sophomore year when I was at Toledo. I know the coaches real well already and they’re telling me they just want to see me out there, having me come visit the campus and see something new. I’m planning on going in July, a bunch of us are planning on going out there together. They're recruiting me as an athlete. It’s important to know that if I go there I can have a role in what they’re doing . They have told me that if I do there I’ll have a good chance of playing early. That really intrigues me and I play WR and it’s a passing conference."

Rivals Reaction: Robinson is still weighing his options and has planned visits coming to Pitt, West Virginia and Virginia Tech. But it's clear that Iowa State is giving him quite a bit to think about. The chance to play wide receiver, instead of linebacker, may be what gives the Cyclones an edge over the rest of the field. As time moves along it will be interesting to see if he's willing to turn away offers from local schools in the Mid-Atlantic to make his own way in the Big 12.
