Iowa OL enjoys Hawkeye camp

Laporte City, Iowa offensive line prospect Matt Pipho (6-foot-7, 255 pounds) made an appearance at last Saturday's University of Iowa camp, and Pipho talks about his Hawkeye camp experience as well as filling us in on his remaining summer camp plans.
“I went to the University of Iowa camp last Saturday," Matt Pipho said. “Overall I thought that they camp was good. I would say that the best part of the camp was that it just felt good to be able to get back into pads and I was able to go out and hit someone again. I also was able to get a lot of reps, and I also learned quite a bit from the coaches and I also was able to get back to refining some technique."

Pipho also looks to remain very busy this summer. "Besides football, I'm also playing AAU basketball this summer, so that is also going to take up some time. I'm not sure right now about what other football camps that I'll be able to go to, but I might try to make an unofficial visit to Stanford later this summer."
Matt Pipho has scholarship offers from Iowa State and Stanford.
