Interest there for Harrison

As Dallas Hillcrest wide receiver Michael Harrison gets ready for the playoffs interest in his talents and ability from college coaches continues to grow, especially interest from a school right at home.
"I've been talking to a couple different schools," the two-star receiver said. "I've been talking to SMU and Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Monroe and Kansas."

Would playing for hometown team SMU be an option for the Hillcrest standout?
"Oh yeah, I would definitely be interested," Harrison said. "Coach (Dan) Morrison and I have talked a little bit."
Currently the 6-foot-2, 191-pound wide receiver only holds one offer from Colorado State, a team that is still high on his list.
"They're still high on my list," said Harrison. "Coach (Tim) Duffie and I talk about once a week."
Harrison led the way for Hillcrest last week en route to a co-District 12-4A championship, combining for 263 yards and three touchdowns in a 40-0 victory. His touchdown scores came on two 5-yard runs and a 59-yard touchdown reception.
Recruiting will now take a backseat for Harrison as he gets ready for the post-season to begin in his senior year.
"I will be taking visits but I'm not going to do anything until after the season is over," he said.
