"I went on an unofficial to West Virginia on December 1st for the Pittsburgh game. I went to Duke back in the fall and UCF last weekend."
Did any visit impress?
"I really liked West Virginia a lot," he stated. "One of my teammates goes there, Noel Devine. I am still hearing from them too. My coach is good friends with some of the staff."
Currently the Mountaineers are an leader for the Sunshine State fullback.
"I like West Virginia a lot. I like their offense since they utilize the fullback. Their facilities are awesome. The training equipment is top of the line," he said. "Georgia Tech has been recruiting me a lot too. I'm pretty interested in them and would like to see more on a visit."
Bohanon discussed what he wants in a college.
"I want a good academic school, solid athletics and a nice atmosphere," he stated. "I think I want to be a physical therapist, so anywhere that has that field. Location doesn't really matter, I'll go anywhere."
North Fort Myers struggled to a 2-8 season last year. Bohanon put together a solid season though.
"I had 90 tackles, 700-yards rushing and nine touchdowns," he said. "I feel I did pretty well."
Bohanon is also a baseball prospect that is getting looks from Florida, FAU and Arkansas.
