Interest is rising for Beach DB
Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes safety Shamarko Thomas continues to garner serious interest. The 5-foot-11, 192-pounder holds a couple of Division I offers and is looking to hit camps this summer for possibly more.
"Summer is going great," he said. "I'm probably going to be going to Virginia and Virginia Tech for camp. I'm definitely going to Virginia.

"Most of the schools tell me they are thinking about offering, but I've got to go to camps."
Thomas just added a third offer not too long ago from Richmond and could be on the verge of another one.
"Syracuse is very close to offering as well according to my coaches."
Despite a fair amount of interest, Thomas claims no leaders.
"I'm not favoring anyone quite yet," he said. "I'm not thinking too much about it. I'm just getting ready for the football season."
