Interest is coming in for LB Schiccatano

Wilmington (Dela.) Salesianum School linebacker Randall Schiccatano is still looking for his first offer. Schools are taking an interest including many programs across the East Coast.
"A lot of schools are looking at my highlights and taking an interest including much of the Big Ten, Pittsburgh, Syracuse and Temple," he said. "I've taken a couple visits to Temple, Rutgers, William & Mary and Richmond.

"No one has offered, but I'm getting a lot of handwritten letters. Some of the schools want to see me at camp to see my speed and toughness."
Schiccatano claims one school does stick out a bit.
"Definitley Temple does," he said. "I have a cousin that played four years at Notre Dame and his fifth at Temple. Everyone knows me by the same last name and was really friendly to me there. I'm looking for a Division I-A team and on the East Coast, ideally close to home."
With a solid junior year behind him, Schiccatano broke down his ability.
"I felt like I was consistent this past year," he said. "Probably my work ethic sticks out the most of my play. I'm always in the gym and trying to do more than anyone else to get that edge. I like my lateral speed in pass coverage too."
