Interest continues for PA back Rains

Running back Jared Rains out of Aliquippa (Pa.) Hopewell has a handful of colleges looking at him. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder is fielding interest from the Big East and Big Ten primarily. Does he have any leaders?
"I'm pretty wide open still," he said. "I'm getting interest from Connecticut, Indiana, Purdue, Illinois, Cincinnati, West Virginia and Michigan State.
"Last month I went to Cincinnati for a junior day. I looked at the school and saw their brand new facilities. I also went to a basketball game. It was pretty crowded at the game. I got to meet all the coaches and talk to coach Kelly. Basically they just said they'll keep in contact with me throughout the process.
