Interest begins to pick up for three-star WR

Three-star wide receiver Bobby Smith out of Richmond (Va.) Varina isn't looking at visits right now. Despite that, the 6-foot-6, 200-pounder is seeing a rise in his recruitment. Who is coming in?
"I've got an offer from East Carolina, I haven't visited them yet," he said. "I'm going to wait until after the season to do that.

"I've also been talking to Buffalo a lot. They are evaluating me. I'm in touch with Clemson too."
What are those schools saying?
"They just want to see more game film and my grades more."
Smith has held an offer from East Carolina for quite some time. Is it fair to say they are a leader?
"I really like East Carolina and am definitely considering them, but I'm open to everything."
Interest has been rising likely due to Smith's productive season.
"We're doing pretty well, we're 8-0," he stated. "This team seems like it has every piece of the puzzle.
"I'm doing well. I have eight touchdowns and about 600-yards receiving. Our offense is much more passing oriented and spread, so I'm touching the ball a lot more than last year."
