Three-star Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater safety/receiver Kenny Ingram joined his teammate, Aaron Jones, in announcing a verbal commitment to Florida State tonight on regional TV across the South.
“I was loving it down there on my official visit,” Ingram said. “The fans, the coaches… I established a real good relationship with them. That right there just stuck in my head and gave them an edge over the rest of the competition.
"I also wanted to continue the tradition of me and Aaron playing together."
Ingram (6-6, 200, 4.51) picked the Seminoles over rival Miami.
He is rated the No. 16 safety in the nation by Rivals.com, but he says FSU may also give him an opportunity to play wideout.
