Indiana DB Patterson names favorite
Indianapolis (Ind.) Lawrence North's William Patterson has over a half dozen scholarship offers. Those offers are from both Big Ten and MAC schools.
"I have about six or seven offers," Patterson said. "Illinois, Ball State, Indiana, Eastern Michigan, Northern Illinois, Bowling Green, and Miami of Ohio. I'm looking at all of them.

"I'm open to everyone right now. Louisville and Michigan have sent stuff. I get stuff from Wisconsin. And Purdue. That's about it.
"Probably Illinois is my favorite. I think that is my best fit of all the offers I have right now."
The 6-foot-1 and 210-pound Patterson made 115 tackles from his outside linebacker spot during his junior season. Patterson will play either strong safety or outside linebacker in college.
