Impressive season for junior LB

Junior linebacker Jeffrey Steeb of Absecon (N.J.) Holy Spirit knew that he had the potential to have a big season this fall, and he did not disappoint. Aside from his personal success, he also led his team to a state championship last weekend. Now he has begun to think about his recruiting process again and taking a few visits.
"Recruiting is moving along pretty well," said Steeb. "I took a visit to BC and I plan on visiting some other schools soon."

When he hits the road again, Steeb mentioned that he would like to check out Missouri, Maryland, Rutgers and Temple. He also believes that Boston College and Maryland are currently showing him the most interest.
With his junior season complete, Steeb will get right back to work.
"I'm starting to train this week for the Army Combine in January," he said. "I want to prove that I can play with those types of athletes and that I can play at the next level."
On the field this fall, Steeb, 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, was a big part of his team's championship run.
"I led the team in tackles with 104, I had three interceptions, I returned one for a touchdown and I also had three sacks," he said. "I made first team All-Conference and I also made All-South Jersey."
