Illinois State gets Florida DB
Winter Springs (Fla.) cornerback/safety Cameron Thompkins will head to the Land of Lincoln to play his college football.
"I committed to Illinois St. on Sunday," Thompkins said. "I'll play cornerback there and I plan on enrolling this summer."
The 5-foot-10, 162-pound Thompkins is a two-star rated prospect by Rivals.com.
