Illinois junior OL up to four offers

This offseason has been a productive one so far for Libertyville Ill junior offensive line prospect David Moosman (6-foot-5, 270 pounds), and Moosman hasn't even taken a snap.

This standout junior prospect now has four scholarship offers in hand. "I had earlier offers from both Iowa and Wisconsin, and now I have offers from both Illinois and Northwestern as well" said David Moosman. "It's been great. I had hoped to be able to draw some early offers and recruiting interest, but I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't surprised to have as many early scholarship offers as I do now. This just motivates me to work even harder now to get ready for the season."

Moosman, who is also an outstanding wrestler and is ranked among the top heavyweights in the state of Illinois, was also in attendance at a recent University of Notre Dame junior day. "I went to the Notre Dame junior day a few weeks back and it was very impressive. I was able to talk to the coaches including Coach Willingham and it was a good time. I really enjoyed the visit and the basketball game as well."
