Illini lead for Georgia defensive lineman

College Park (Ga.) Banneker defensive lineman Olufemi Ajiboye wasn't bother by the cold weather on his official visit to Illinois this weekend. In fact he came very close to committing to the Fighting Illini while in the Midwest.
"I'm back home now," Ajiboye said. "I got back about an hour ago."

When asked how the visit went, Ajiboye said, "It went good. They have a nice school. I liked how I got along with the players and how I got along with the coaches.
"They didn't have a good season, but they said they're turning it around."
Ajiboye almost decided he wants to be part of the turn around.
"I was going to commit," he said. "But my mom wants me to visit another school. If I don't like it better I can commit to Illinois."
Ajiboye has two other schools in mind.
"I have a visit to South Carolina Jan. 13. And I have Virginia Tech Jan. 27, but that might get changed.
"Illinois is my favorite right now."
The 6-foot-2 and 290 pound Ajiboye made over 70 tackles including four sacks during his senior season. He is the No. 47 defensive tackle prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 43 prospect in the state of Georgia.
