Igbinosun starts to consider officials

Rahway, N.J. tackle Amen Igbinosun announced two schools from the ACC he's really starting to look at. What does the 6-foot-5, 300-pounder like about Duke and Virginia?
"I like the academics, football programs and their distance from home," he said. "I've talked to the coaches from those schools and they are sincere, honest and nice. I like the whole atmosphere and how they are upfront about things, they are also pretty funny old people too."

The No. 24 player in New Jersey has started to think about official visits.
"I'm really looking at going to Duke, Stanford and Virginia. Those are the three I'm looking at right now," he said. "Other schools still in the running for me are Boston College, Notre Dame and Miami. I plan to take all five visits probably after the season."
What does Igbinosun like about the Eagles?
"Besides the fact that an alumnus from my school went there, it seems almost a perfect fit for me," he said. "I have a lot of people I know in Boston, so I wouldn't be secluded from my family. Once again the academics there are pretty good and it's a nice place. I'd say they are right up there for me now."
Currently, Igbinosun is preparing for the upcoming season which kicks off on September 17th.
"We start working out on August 15th," he said. "I'm looking to just do my personal best this year. I feel my team can go to the next level and become state champs. I know I just need to be more dominant and take control of games, that's what I'm trying to work on."
The three-star prospect is confident on how his team is coming together.
"We're becoming a powerhouse," he said. "My teammates are amazing and the things they do are crazy. I personally believe we have some of the most talented kids in New Jersey."
Igbinosun was named first team all-conference as a junior.
