Garland (Texas) South quarterback Jordan Reever has had a little change in visit dates and the schools he is looking at.
“There was a little confusion or something because I am scheduled to be going to Syracuse this coming weekend,” the 6-foot-2, 190-pound Reever said. “But, I might have to move Syracuse or drop them. I have talked to Nebraska a couple times here in the past week.
“They are going to try and have me in this weekend. If they do, I will probably have to drop Syracuse. There really is no way for me reschedule Syracuse if I don’t go this weekend. Nebraska is more logical for me. They’ve told me they aren’t real comfortable with the throwing quarterbacks they have on campus.”
The reason the visit to Syracuse can’t be moved back a week is a still scheduled visit to LSU.
“LSU was here last Thursday night,” Reever said. I don’t have an offer yet, but they should know by tomorrow whether they’ll have one yet or not. They’ve told me I am the second guy on their list at quarterback. They should know and they’ll let me know. They were going to talk to Coach Saban and give me a call on Monday.”
