Hunter taking his time

Prosper, Texas 2013 standout Money Hunter saw his brother, Torii Hunter Jr. end the recruiting process with a commitment to Notre Dame, but Money, an outside linebacker/safety prospect, is not in any rush at this point in time.
"Recruiting has been kind of slow, but it's going well," Hunter said. "All the coaches and scholarships I have, have called me and talked to me. I guess you could say I'm still in touch with recruiting."

West Virginia, Utah, and SMU have each extended offers to Hunter, and he is evaluating each of his options and seeing if any new options emerge. He stopped short of naming leaders, but admits there are a few.
"Some are (standing out), but I'm weighing my options," Hunter said. "I'm keeping my options open. I don't want to rush into it."
Over the summer, Hunter took unofficial visits to Notre Dame, West Virginia, Princeton, Utah, and Arizona, and attended the SMU junior day in the spring. This fall he has a couple of official visits in the works.
"I have a visit to Utah when they play Arizona (November 17), and then I plan on taking a trip to West Virginia."
Friday night, Hunter helped Prosper to a 5-0 start with a 38-36 homecoming win over Frisco Centennial. Hunter recorded 2 receptions for 38 yards and his first two touchdowns of the season. On the year he has 5 receptions for 52 yards and 2 TDs, and is logging time on both offense and defense Eagles.
