Tyler (Texas) John Tyler running back Kendall Hunter looked very close to a decision just a few weeks ago, but that timeframe may be pushed back a bit.
The sleeper East Texas back says that he'd like to make his decision sometime in November. The 5-foot-9, 185-pounder says that his leader is still the same and everybody else is a ways behind.
"I'm liking Oklahoma State still," Hunter said. "They're on top right now. The school is great. I went up there and they gave me a tour. Plus, I've been to their camp twice now."

Hunter also says that his relationship with Cowboys recruiter Joe Wickline is definitely a big part of his high interest.
"He's cool," Hunter said. "I got to meet all of the coaches and I liked them."
Hunter doesn't have any visits coming up and just recently participated in the 7-on-7 State Tournament at Texas A&M.
"I'm just waiting it out right now," he said. "I want to get into the season before I commit."
