Hunsucker staying close to home

We've heard of package deals before where two teammates or friends will decide to go to the same college together but rarely have we heard of a situation where four players on the same team decided to head to the same college. That's exactly what happened as San Jose (Calif.) Valley Christian will send four players to San Jose State highlited by running back Dominique Hunsucker.
Hunsucker, 5-11, 190 pounds is one of the top backs in the West and received several post season honors including League and city player of the year and second team all-state honors. The athlete rushed for 1,324 yards and 24 touchdowns on the season and scored nine touchdowns during the teams playoff run culminating in the schools fourth straight section title.

Also committing was quarterback Dontae Perez, defensive back Bryan North and tight end Mark Piethe.
"They want to change San Jose State,'' Lawrence Perez, Dante's father told the San Jose Mercury News. "They want to do something that nobody had done in a long time and that's build a winning program."
Hunsucker tripped to Oregon State and was also looking hard at Boise State before deciding to stay close to home and help to rebuild the local program.
