Humphrey likes Mizzou and K-State

Highland, Mo., wide receiver Jerrill Humphrey continues to like two area schools.
“Kansas State and Missouri would probably be the two at the top of his list right now,” Tranell Humphrey, Jerrill’s uncle said. “He likes a lot of things about those two schools.”

Several schools called the Humphrey house during the last month.
Purdue called and have offered him a scholarship. K-State and Missouri called to get their pitch in. Several others called as well.”
Humphrey plans on playing both basketball and football in college.
“Jerrill is good enough to play either sport. But, right now he is thinking of going to school on the football scholarship and playing basketball too. But he is going to play both sports. He has talked with both coaches at K-State and at Missouri. They don’t have any problems with him doing that.”
Humphrey gets his summer camp session out of the way early next week.
“He is going to a team camp in Columbia at Missouri. That’s the only one he’s going to. He isn’t going to any individual camps.”
Humphrey has only one unofficial trip on his mind for the summer months.
“We are going to drive over to K-State sometime in July.”
Don’t expect a quick deision from the 6-foot-4, 210-pound.
“Jerrill has all of the time he needs. He is not going to rush it.”
