Huge junior OL drawing attention
Columbus (Ohio) Brookhaven junior center Mark Jackson will be one of the top offensive linemen in central-Ohio next season. The 6-foot-6, 300 pound Jackson has the size recruiters love to see.
Jackson will have to improve his speed and continue to get stronger, but he has pretty good footwork and does a fine job in pass protection. Jackson played a big part in Brookhaven's undefeated, 10-0 regular season.

Not surprisingly for a huge offensive lineman with good feet, Jackson is drawing early interest from college recruiters.
"I get mail from Florida State, Akron, Ohio State," Jackson said. "That's about it so far.
"I've been to three or four Ohio State games. I went to their last game against Penn State. I like the atmosphere there.
"I like the Big Ten conference. I like Michigan, Ohio State, mostly all the Big Ten schools. Wisconsin and Michigan State are two more.
"I'm supposed to go to the Ohio State-Michigan game."
