Huge 2007 OT is a stud in the making

Few schools have heard of 2007 offensive tackle Neil Muradymov out of Burtonsville (Md.) Paint Branch yet because he's only been playing football for two years. In time plenty will jump on board and take a look at the 6-foot-8, 275-pounder.
"He just started playing football two years ago," said Paint Branch head coach Ernie Williams. "He's already said he definitely wants to play college football and he's just starting to focus on that now. I'm planning to get him into a Nike Camp this spring so that coaches can see this kid because he's obviously got a lot of potential especially with his size."

Only Notre Dame has shown has shown interest in Muradymov so far, by inviting him to their summer camp.
Though he may have the size, what kind of player is he?
"He moves very well for how big he is, but he's coming off a broken ankle he suffered halfway through last season," he said. "Before the injury, I saw a huge improvement in his play including his footwork, positioning and more from the first to the fifth game.
"He's a very athletic guy and a lot of schools are actually recruiting him as a volleyball player. He's pretty quick too with I'd say a 5.3-second 40-yard dash. He's got a lot of room to grow if he goes into the right program. He could easily get up to 330-pounds. Besides that he already has that mean streak you need in an offensive tackle and is even willing to run downfield and block."
According to Williams, Muradymov may even grow some more.
"I think he'll grow a little bit more, maybe another inch or so," he said. "One of his brothers is 6-foot-9 and the other is 6-foot-8. Whenever his family comes to school they are always ducking under doorways."
