Hudson favoring the Sooners

Dallas (Texas) Wilmer Hutchins cornerback Walter Hudson has been having a steady flow of calls. But he has one school that is his favorite.
“I’ve had a lot of schools call,” the 6-foot, 184-pound Hudson said. “But, the best one I’ve had is Oklahoma. They are my favorite school, so I really enjoyed talking to them. Their defense is one of the best in the country every year. It is great. It would be nice to be able to be a part of that defense.”

Other schools that have called Hudson include Oklahoma State, TCU, Nebraska, Penn State, Iowa State and Texas A&M.
“Things are going real good overall,” he said. “I am still looking at which schools I will visit. I’m not sure which ones I will be taking my trips to at this time.”
On the season, the three-star rated Hudson has recorded 24 tackles, six pass break-ups and one quarterback sack.
“We're starting to gel right now,” he said. “We're getting the hang of it. We are 1-2. So we need to improve, but I really feel we are getting there.”
