How solid is Kavienga

Uona Kavienga, a 6-0, 230 pound linebacker from Los Angeles (Calif.) Leuzinger committed to UCLA back in March. With the recent firing of former head coach Karl Dorrell, is the talented 'backer still solid with the Bruins?
Kavienga is one of the top linebackers in the West this year. He's a tough, physical player with a non-stop motor and is always around the ball. The athlete has already taken an official visit to Arizona and recently picked up an offer from USC.

The question for Kavienga and the rest of the Bruin commitments is how solid is he at this time?
"Uona is still very solid with UCLA but the main thing will be if Coach Walker is retained," Luezinger coach Deon Toliver said. "I'm sure I'm going to have a lot of schools calling me about him to see if he's going to re-open his recruitment.
"Arizona has already called and wants to see if they can come in for a home visit. USC was here last week and is saying they now want to bring Uona in as a linebacker after originally saying they wanted him for fullback. I don't think Uona buys that though, he thinks they would just move him to fullback after a day or two at linebacker so I don't think he's really looking at USC.
"To be honest, he still likes UCLA a lot. He has likes the school itself and like I said, if they keep Coach Walker, he told me he's going there for sure. He might no matter what happens with Coach Walker but I'm just saying it would be a done deal if he's retained."
