Houston OL picks up first offer

The Woodlands (Texas) High offensive line is headlined by tackle Chad Lindsay, who is headed to the University of Alabama.
While Lindsay gets top billing, interior lineman Adam Sibal has received two offers this summer. The 6-foot-2 Sibal has been offered by New Mexico State and Portland State, and is receiving interest from several other Division I programs.

"Adam could be the strongest player in the program," coach Mark Schmid said. "He's very athletic and flexible for his size. He's a very smart football player and gets great leverage."
Sibal is a two-year starter for The Woodlands and joins Lindsay and receiver Randy Knust (Arizona State) as Highlanders with Division I offers. Junior running back Daniel Lasco should receive several official offers as the September 1st deadline nears.
"Schools like Tennessee and Miami said Daniel will have offers by Labor Day," Schmid said. "Texas will be recruiting him, but they usually don't offer until February, which we know. He's a talent and has just gotten faster and stronger over the summer."
Perry and Michael Cooper are two other Highlanders who are on the recruiting radar. Both have moved to the defensive side of the ball.
