Houston OL not ready to pick yet

Houston (Texas) Langham Creek offensive tackle Kelechi Osemele appeared to be on the verge of an early summer commitment. Those plans have changed as he plans to keep looking around.
The 6-foot-5, 298-pounder has his eye on a couple of schools that he'd like to visit before making a decision. However, as close as he was to deciding for Houston, he just wants to make sure and be patient.

"I felt like there was a family with the Houston staff," Osemele said. "My mom felt that I should probably meet other coaches before I make a big decision like that so soon. Iowa State and UTEP have invited me for visits this fall season.
"Those two I'm considering, but I haven't set anything up yet."
Osemele says that the relationship he has with not just coaches, but players, has him very high on the Cougars.
"I met a couple of the guys that have committed like Mickey Okafor," Osemele said. "Coach Randy Clements and have bonded during my visits there. Him coaching the line and working with him for the next four or five years is probably a good thing. I get along with thim."
UTEP and Iowa State though are both still on the radar.
"Those are the other coaching staffs I really get along with," he said. "It's a good opportunity at UTEP and I think they're a solid program. Iowa State is in the Big 12 and I really like that."
