Houston OL narrowing his list

The Ian Symonette sweepstakes will be down to six by the end of spring football.
"We are working closely together on this," Houston (Texas) St. Pius coach Robin Kirk said. "We are going to have it narrowed down to six by June. Everyone else we are going to ask to stop calling because there won't be any changing."

Symonette is one of the city of Houston's top prospects. The 6-foot-8, 330-pound giant has worked hard to trim down over the off-season and is being well received by college recruiters.
"Everybody has offered him pretty much," Kirk said. "The only school who hasn't offered that I'm surprised about is Oklahoman. I had some coaches in here from schools across the country. After they saw him work out in practice they looked at me and said that this kid will be a millionaire someday."
So any clue as to where the big Bahaman might go?
"I can tell you Miami and Texas will be in the final six schools," Kirk said. "He's from the Bahamas and hasn't really been anywhere so he wants to take his visits to make sure he makes the right choice. I know that Miami and Texas will get visits. He doesn't know about the other four schools yet."
