Houston kicker gets his first offer

Klein (Texas) High School kicker Randy Bullock has picked up his first scholarship offer from TCU.
"I really like the TCU coaches and their program," Bullock said. "I'm very interested in their school and they want me to come up to their campus real soon. I'm making plans to get up there."

Bullock, who performed well at the Fifth Annual National Kicking Spring Event in Las Vegas in late May, is also receiving interest from the likes of LSU, Florida and Iowa.
"I've been in contact with LSU assistant Coach (Bradley Dale) Peveto and I think they are very interested," Bullock said. "I'm going to Texas A&M's camp next weekend and LSU the following week. I'm also going to hit the University of Florida's camp also.
"Recruiting has really taken off since the kicking camp. I've been invited to go to another national kicking camp also during the summer."
While recruiting has started to heat up, Bullock plans on checking out all of his options before committing.
"I really want to get on some campuses before making my decision," Bullock said.
Bullock makes the fourth Klein athlete to hold a Division I offer. Ohio State-commit J.B. Shugarts, Rice-commit Clay Hebert and linebacker Brian Moore (Tulsa) are the other Bearkats with offers.
