Houston DE holding two offers

Houston (Texas) Westside defensive end T.J. Minor has drawn a lot of interest from schools as colleges from all over have been to Houston to check out the talent at Westside.
“T.J. has been offered by Oklahoma State and Houston,” Westside coach Bill Wilson said. “I really don’t know what schools he is liking the most. He doesn’t walk around with a t-shirt on for one school or anything. I haven’t set down and talked about this stuff with him yet. We’ll do that sometime later this spring. Right now, we are in spring workouts, so he isn’t focusing on it.”

The spring workouts will help Minor show the skills he has on his 6-foot-4, 245-pound frame.
“He’ll only help himself with this spring,” the coach said. “He’ll start to pick up some more offers as the spring goes along. I think he’ll need to add a little weight to stay at end, but he has that potential.”
Wilson did not know if any camps were on the schedule for Minor.
“I don’t know if he has any planned or not. He hasn’t told me anything yet.”
As a junior, Minor recorded 35 tackles and eight quarterback sacks.
