Houston DB taking football seriously

Reagan High School in Houston hasn't reached the playoffs since 1958. No cell phones, no Internet, no color television back then. That is several lifetimes ago.
Enter coach Henry Colon who played at Missouri and seven seasons in the NFL. He brought a winning climate and a new attitude. He also has a star in safety Josh Lee.

It's hard to make a difference from the safety position but Lee is a game-changing athlete. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Lee has started since his freshman season and has been an all-district selection the past two. He had 103 tackles and six interceptions – three he returned for touchdowns.
"My coach has really inspired me to take football seriously," he said. "I'm looking forward to choosing a school where I can fit in, play early and potentially commit early."
Does his former coach's alma mater have a chance in snagging Lee?
"I like Missouri, Florida State, Southern Cal, Oklahoma State and Houston," he said. "I want to get the OSU's camp, the combine at Houston and the Nike Camp. That is what I have on tap so far."
Lee also runs track and plays basketball for Reagan High School.
