Houston commit looking around

Houston commit Josh Lee was showing off his skills Monday at the "Back to
Camp" combine at Rice University, hosted by several NFL athletes.

Returning punts and catching passes, the Reagan High School safety has been
taking his vitamins this summer. Lee has filled out and gained an inch over the
past two months.
While he's committed to the Cougars, he will be entertaining suitors this
fall.
"I've been working out all summer and committed to Houston in the spring," he
said. "I really like Houston and the coaches, but some other schools have
also been pursuing me like Iowa State and Oklahoma State. I might look at my
options this fall."
Lee led his team to its first winning season and the playoffs in nearly 50
years. Running back kicks, intercepting passes, playing quarterback and toting
the football on offense, Lee is another versatile HISD athlete.
"Josh can do it all," Reagan coach Henry Colon said. "He's a leader and has a
terrific upside."
If Lee puts on a show during his first few games this season, look for the
Cougars to be in a battle with several Big 12 schools.
