Houston back looking for offers

For one of Houston's most prolific running backs, the recruiting process has been quiet as of late.
Kashmere running back Nathan Guillory has the highest average per run (11.6 yards) in the city of Houston and has not a single offer.

"It's been pretty quiet but I think a few schools are getting close to offering," he said. "Some teams have been calling a lot and sending letters but the first one that does offer, I'm probably going to take."
Teams throughout Houston game-plan against the Kashmere back, who has rushed for 1,412 yards and 23 touchdowns, and only Arizona, Maryland and Texas-El Paso are even calling.
"That kid can go," Reagan coach Henry Colon said, a conference foe. "He's the best back I've seen in Houston this year."
Guillory (5-8. 175-pounds) is on his way to back-to-back district MVP honors after rushing for 1,422 yards and 28 touchdowns as a junior.
"He just a special back," Kashmere coach Garry Dunham said. "He can catch, has great vision, can return kicks and has terrific break away speed. I'm surprised that no one has offered yet."
