Houston ATH likes Texas AM, TCU

Houston Booker T. Washington athlete Darius Austin says that two schools could be close to offering.
While he has received mail from several schools in and out of the Lone Star State, Austin says that TCU and Texas A&M are showing him a lot of attention. After taking a trip to A&M, he says the Aggies are right up there at the top of list.

"I went down there, talked with a few coaches, and they were really pleased with me," Austin said about the Aggies. "The coaches at my school said they seem pretty interested and I stay in touch with them than any other college."
Austin says he went over to Houston yesterday to watch their spring practice. He also may be taking an unofficial visit to TCU in the near future.
"Basically, I'm looking for a pro-style offense," Austin said. "I want a program where they throw the ball and get me accustomed to the way NFL receivers play. As far as off the field, I want a college that's going to help me get a good degree so that if I don't go to the NFL, I can still get a good job."
Though Austin is looking at offensive schemes, defense isn't out of the question either on the next level.
"A lot of schools are recruiting me as an athlete," Austin said. "Some colleges say they'll try me at receiver or a defensive back/kickoff returner."
