Houston ATH excited about Zona hire

Originally scheduled to visit Arizona this weekend, Houston Booker T. Washington athlete/running back Brandon Jackson (6-0, 212) changed things up with the coaching change at Arizona.
“I got a message from coach Stoops on my answering machine last week,” Jackson, a two-star prospect by Rivals.com, said. “He told me to expect a call this week and to plan to come out there next week for my official visit.”

Jackson has had an Arizona scholarship offer for quite some time and the Wildcats have been at the top of the list, along with Wisconsin. He said with the hiring of Mike Stoops as the coach there at Arizona, he’s even more pumped about the Wildcats.
“I’m very excited,” Jackson said. “They’re high on my list. I know him from Oklahoma and the Stoops’ family is one of the best in the coaching business.”
Jackson is scheduled two trips – to Arizona next weekend an then to Wisconsin on December 19. He is being recruited by Badgers’ assistant coach Rob Ianello, who was famous for getting players out of Houston to attend Arizona when he was an assistant for the Wildcats.
