Houston 3-Star DE looking at new school

Houston defensive end Hosea Atkinson had a pretty good season, as he led his team to an 8-3 record and advancing to the playoffs before losing in the first round.
He tallied over 50 tackles, and returned one interception for a touchdown.

Teams calling Hosea the most lately are Texas, Kansas, Georgia, Nebraska and Florida State. “I’m pretty open right now,” Atkinson said, “and I have even thought about Grambling, as they have now come into the picture.”
Contrary to what has been reported before, he said that he has not received any official offers yet. It might be explained by the fact that he has not even taken his SAT yet.
Though Atkinson does not have any official visits scheduled, he does have his list of teams in mind that he wants to visit.
“I would list Georgia, Grambling, LSU and Nebraska, as the teams I want to visit,” Atkinson said.
The 6-foot-4, 252 pound defensive end will likely be late in signing a letter, as he has to wait until January to take his SAT, and then schedule his visits from there.
