Horton focused on two visits

There was a rumor in recent weeks that Tyler Horton had committed to Boise State but the three-star cornerback said nothing has happened yet and he's planning two official visits.
The Fresno (Calif.) Edison standout is working on dates for Boise State and Washington State and Horton said he doesn't plan to make his decision until probably after the season.

"I know I'm supposed to be taking my official visit out there (to Boise State) but I don't know how that got all twisted up or whatever," Horton said. "I'm supposed to be taking my visit out there.
"Hopefully, I'll be taking one November 15 to Boise State and if not then it should be November 29. I should be taking another one in November or December to Washington State."
The three-star prospect said those two programs are mainly standing out because Boise State and Washington State are showing the most interest in him.
Others like Nevada and Colorado have reached out as well but haven't necessarily worked with him on official visit dates so Horton said he's focused on Boise State and Washington State at this point.
"I like those two schools because those are the two that have told me the dates and they want me to come on those specific dates," Horton said. "The other schools like Nevada and Colorado told me they want to get me out there but didn't give me a set date.
"Boise and Washington State told me the dates and let me choose and they call me. Those are the two I've really been eyeing because I'm supposed to be taking my visits out there."
A decision is not expected at least for a few weeks. First, the Fresno Edison standout is taking his two trips and could schedule others before making a pledge.
"I'm just focusing on my team," Horton said. "Since this is my senior year I want to make it the best."
