Horned Frogs interested in local RB

Dallas (Texas) Skyline running back Anthony Boykins did have his first visit scheduled for this weekend, but a coaching change has caused him to adjust the visit calendar a little bit.
"Lousiana-Monroe backed away," the 5-foot-8, 177-pound Boykins said. "The running back coach they had that was recruiting me is no longer there. The new coach is wanting a bigger type of running back, so they aren't recruiting me anymore."

The lack of attention from Monroe has been replaced by a school about 45 minutes from Boykins' home.
"TCU has started showing more interest," he said. "They are talking to me about visiting. It will probably be next weekend. They said if that didn't work out, that I could come during the week sometime. My other two weeks are busy later in the month, so if it is going to be on a weekend, next weekend will be it."
Boykins still has visits scheduled to Arkansas State (Jan. 21) and Central Michigan (Jan. 28), yet to take.
"I want to take all of the visits before I make a decision. I want to see the schools and what they have to offer before I decide anything."
