Hometown Bulls an option for 3-star DB
A pair of Big Five schools have already extended offers to three-star Tampa (Fla.) Hillsborough defensive back Michael Hampton, but right now he's focusing on an option close to home.
"Coach Dugans from USF has really kept in touch with me since they offered," the 6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect said. "I have a great relationship with the coaches there and they like me a lot."

Hampton admitted that the USF coaches aren't the only ones in his life recruiting him for the school.
"My family would love it if I stayed close to home," he said. "But they're letting me make my own decision. The coaches at USF are pushing me to commit, though."
Several other programs are showing interest in Hampton as well, and he's planning a busy camp season in hopes of adding more offers.
"Coach Callahan from Florida is recruiting me and we've kept in touch and he wants me to come to camp," Hampton said. "I'm going to go to Auburn, Florida, Miami and Florida State and probably camp at all of them."
