Holmes updates his recruitment

It's been months since three-star tailback Michael Holmes out of Harrisonburg, Va. discussed the latest. The 6-foot-0, 190-pounder caught up with Rivals.com to talk about his recruitment to date.
"I've been up to Virginia this summer to the camp there," he said. "I liked it a lot, but it was really hot when I went.

"I'm planning to go to James Madison for a team camp on July 14th. That's the only other camp I have left this summer."
Holmes continues to hold three scholarships from Virginia, Virginia Tech and James Madison.
Do any schools stick out at this time?
"I like all of them right now, but I'm sitting down and looking up stuff about each school, like the history of past football players."
The No. 20 prospect in Virginia discussed his two ACC scholarships.
"I really like the coaches at Virginia, they are so chill," he said. "For Virginia Tech, they are overall a bigger school football wise and they're coaches are also chill. I don't talk to the coaches from Virginia Tech to much though."
It's been a few months since the Hokies hosted the tailback on a visit, is a trip back to Blacksburg possible?
"I may try to go there before the seasons starts, but I'm not sure," he said. "I'm trying to find out more about it. They want me to come to a scrimmage or something like that."
Despite both Virginia and Virginia Tech picking up numerous commitments in recent weeks, Holmes claims that isn't rushing him to make a choice too.
"I don't want to do it too soon, so I plan to wait until the season starts."
