Hollis makes commitment

When it comes to elite prospects, not many are more elite in the Midlands than Aurora (Colo.) Hinkley linebacker Chris Hollis. And when it comes to top classes in the nation not many rival Colorado's - especially now.
That's because Hollis has committed to the Buffs, picking CU over Colorado State, Michigan and several others.

"He is as good of a linebacker that we've had here," said Hinkley coach John Pounder.
"Colorado just got themselves a good one. He can play either on the inside or the outside for them."
Hollis is ranked as the No. 17 inside linebacker in the nation and is a three-star selection. His pledge is No. 21 for the Buffs, who at this time have the nation's top class.
