Holland talks about Alabama junior day

Jake Holland was one of many prospects at the Alabama junior day this weekend in Tuscaloosa. Holland, a linebacker from Pelham (Ala.) High School, was blown away.
"I had a great time at their junior day in Tuscaloosa yesterday," Holland said. "Alabama does a really good job with their junior day and I was really surprised at how much the coaches already knew about me. They really spent some time talking to me and I think they are interested. I don't know for sure if an offer is in the future, but they've done their homework on me and seem to like a lot of things I can do. I spoke mostly with Coach (Sal) Sunseri and Coach (James) Willis."

Holland has been invited to the Tennessee junior day in Knoxville this coming weekend on the 28th. It's one school he would certainly like to check out.
"I am going to try and make it to Knoxville. I have never been."
Holland, now 6-1 and 228 pounds, has been offered scholarships by Vanderbilt, UAB, Kansas State, Duke, and South Alabama.
