Holiday looking ahead to Pac-12 trip

FULLERTON, Calif. - Devin Holiday plans to visit Arizona this weekend and the San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills cornerback is excited about the trip especially since the Wildcats recently offered.
It was a complete surprise to Holiday, a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, when he received the Pac-12 offer because he hadn't been talking much to Arizona's coaching staff but he was thrilled to hear the news.

Now he wants to get to Tucson, see the campus and figure out whether it's the right place for him.
"I'm about to take my visit next Friday and I'm really excited," Holiday said. "They are building new facilities and they're going to expand the weight room and have new plans so I'm excited to see everything out there and what it's going to look like.
"I like it a lot because it's a good school and I can get a good education as well. It's close to home so it wouldn't be too bad at all to go there."
Holiday, who looked good with the B2G Five-Star team at the Passing Down SoCal 7on7 Regional this past weekend at Fullerton College, said he's not quite sure if he wants to commit yet though.
Boise State, Cincinnati and Wisconsin have been showing new interest in the 5-foot-10, 165-pound three-star prospect and Holiday said he doesn't want to make his commitment without being certain it's the right place.
"I like Arizona a lot but I don't want to commit if I'm not 100 percent sure because I haven't even seen the campus yet," said Holiday, who also lists an offer from Hawaii.
"Boise and Wisconsin probably want to see more of me but I feel like Cincinnati could offer soon."
